The Team Overview Table in Pod1um offers a comprehensive, tabular view of your team's training activities, empowering coaches to efficiently monitor athlete activity, identify scheduling discrepancies, and manage workouts across the entire team. The Team Overview Table is designed to be used in conjunction with the Team Calendar.

  1. Tabular format: The table displays each athlete's training data as a separate row, with columns including athlete name, tags, scheduled workouts, completed workouts, and missed workouts. This layout provides a clear and organized overview of team activity.

  2. Customisable date range: Define a specific date range to view the team's training data, allowing for focused analysis of specific training periods.

  3. Comprehensive workout data: The table displays all scheduled, completed, and missed workouts, enabling coaches to track athlete progress and identify potential issues.

  4. Efficient workout management: Coaches can perform standard workout actions directly from the table, including adding, copying, pasting, editing, and deleting workouts. These actions can be applied to single or multiple athletes, saving time and effort.

  5. Identifying discrepancies: The table format makes it easy to visually identify discrepancies in athlete schedules. For example, you can quickly spot athletes with significantly fewer scheduled workouts or a high number of missed workouts.

How to use the team overview table

  1. Navigate to the team overview table: Access the Team Overview Table from your Teams menu. Click on the team you wish to view, and select ‘Schedule overview’.

  2. Set the date range: Define the specific date range you want to analyse.

  3. Review the table: Examine the table to view athlete schedules, completed workouts, and missed workouts.

  4. Perform workout actions: Use the available actions (add, copy, paste, edit, delete) to manage workouts as needed. Select one or multiple athletes before applying actions.

  5. Identify discrepancies: Pay attention to any inconsistencies in athlete schedules or workout completion rates.

Troubleshooting

  • Data not loading: Ensure the correct date range and team/group are selected.

  • Incorrect workout data: Verify that athletes are accurately recording workout

    completion status.

  • Unable to perform actions: Check your user permissions. Ensure you have

    coach or admin privileges.

  • Table loading slowly: For very large groups, or long date ranges, the table may

    take a moment to load.
