Understanding team reporting
Pod1um's Team Reporting feature equips coaches with robust analytical tools to assess team performance and engagement. By generating comprehensive reports, you can gain valuable insights into training progress, estimated performance metrics, and athlete feedback.
Key Features
Customisable date range: Select a specific date range for focused analysis, allowing you to track progress over weekly, monthly, or custom timeframes.
Engagement tracking: Gain insights into athlete engagement, such as workout completion rates, helping identify athletes who may be struggling or disengaged.
Estimated 1RM (One repetition maximum): Based on logged workout data, the system can estimate athletes' 1RM for various exercises, providing a valuable metric for tracking strength gains and assessing training effectiveness.
Form response analysis: Efficiently analyse responses from a team or group of athletes, providing valuable feedback on training effectiveness, athlete well-being, and other relevant factors.
Data export (CSV): Export all generated reports as a CSV file for further analysis and manipulation of data in external spreadsheet software.
Future report types: Pod1um will continue to expand the reporting capabilities to include additional metrics and insights.
How to use team reporting
Navigate to the teams table.
Select your team/group/organisation: Choose the team or group you want to generate reports for.
Click the reporting icon from the menu: After clicking on the team you wish to analyse, you will notice a menu appear. From here, choose the ‘Reporting’ function.
Set the date range: Define the specific date range for your report.
Select report type: Choose the desired report type (Engagement, Estimated 1RM, Form Responses, etc.).
Review the report: Analyse the generated report for insights into team performance and engagement.
Export data (optional): If needed, export the report as a CSV file for further analysis.
Troubleshooting
No data available: Ensure athletes have logged sufficient data within the selected date range. For 1RM, ensure they have logged sets and reps with weights.
Incorrect data: Verify that athletes are accurately logging their workout data and form responses.
Report not generating: Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact support.
CSV export issues: Ensure you have appropriate software to open and view CSV files.

Regularly generate reports to track team progress and identify trends.
Use the estimated 1RM feature to monitor strength gains and adjust training plans accordingly.
