This guide is designed to walk you through the process of creating a training plan on your POD1UM account. Whether you are crafting a new plan for an individual athlete, a team, or to sell on the POD1UM platform, our Training Plan Builder simplifies and streamlines the process, allowing you to focus on creating effective and engaging training content.

Step-by-Step Guide to Add a Training Plan

  1. Click the ‘Add New’ Button: After logging into your POD1UM account, click on the ‘Add New’ button located on your dashboard. This is where the creation of all new content begins.

  2. Select 'New Training Plan': From the menu that appears, choose ‘New Training Plan’. This will open the Training Plan Builder in a full-page dialog, ready for you to start crafting your plan.

  3. Rename Your Training Plan: The Training Plan Builder opens with a default name for your plan. Click on this name to edit and replace it with a more descriptive and specific title that reflects the purpose and content of the plan.

  4. Select the First Workout Day: Choose the first day of your training plan and begin creating the workout for that day.

  5. Copy Workouts and Duplicate Weeks: To enhance efficiency, workouts can be easily copied or moved between days. If your plan includes repeating patterns or similar workouts across different weeks, you can also duplicate entire weeks to save time.

  6. Publish your training plan (optional): With the appropriate permissions you can publish your training plan for sale on the POD1UM platform or marketplace. This step can be completed by selecting the plan you wish to publish from the Training Plans table, and then choosing the green 'Publish' icon from the menu. Ensure you add an appropriate cover image, and accurate tags and descriptions to your plan when publishing.
