Introduction

Duplicating a training plan on POD1UM is a straightforward process that allows coaches and trainers to efficiently create variations of their existing plans. This feature is particularly useful when you need to make slight adjustments to a plan for different athletes or groups, without having to start from scratch. Follow these simple steps to duplicate a training plan in your POD1UM library.

Step-by-Step Guide to Duplicate a Training Plan

1. Access the Training Plan Table

  • Start in Library: After logging into your POD1UM account, locate and click on the 'Library' option from the side-rail on your dashboard. The Library is your central hub for all your content.

  • Navigate to Training Plans: From the Library, open the menu drawer and select 'Training Plans'. This will take you to the area where all your saved training plans are organised.

2. Select Your Desired Training Plan

  • Choose a Plan: In the Training Plans section, you'll see a table listing all your plans. Browse through the table and select the plan you wish to duplicate.

3. Duplicate the Training Plan

  • Initiate Duplication: At the top of the training plan table, there is an action bar. Click on the 'Duplicate' button. This action will prompt you for a confirmation to proceed with the duplication.

  • Confirm Duplication: After confirming your intention to duplicate the plan, the system will create a copy of the selected training plan.

4. Edit the Duplicated Plan

  • New Plan in Table: The duplicated plan will now appear in your training plan table. It will be available for you to edit and customise as needed.

  • Personalisation: You can now make any necessary adjustments to the duplicated plan to cater to different training needs, athlete profiles, or specific training goals.
