Step-by-Step Guide to Create Folders

  1. Access 'Library' from the Side-Rail: After logging into your POD1UM account, locate and click on the 'Library' option in the side-rail of your dashboard. Your library is where all your content is stored and managed.

  2. Select 'Folders' from the Menu Drawer: Within the 'Library' section, open the menu drawer and choose 'Folders'. This is where you can view and manage all your existing folders.

  3. Click 'Create New': In the 'Folders' area, find and click on the 'Create New' button. This action will start the process of creating a new folder in your library.

Tips for Effective Folder Creation

  • Descriptive Folder Names: Choose clear and descriptive names for your folders. This will help you and your athletes easily identify and access the desired content.

  • Categorisation: Organise your content in a way that makes sense for your training programs. For example, you can create separate folders for training plans tailored to different types of sports, skill levels, or training phases. Training plans can have a set order within a folder, so can also be used for sequencing progressions.

  • Regular Maintenance: Periodically review and reorganise your folders to keep them relevant and useful. This might include renaming, merging, or deleting folders as your training content evolves.

Advantages of Using Folders

  • Enhanced Organisation: Folders help in keeping your training content well-organised, making it easier to find and use specific training plans.

  • Time Efficiency: With well-organised folders, you can save time when planning training sessions or looking for specific content.
